The Conference will be held in Dallas, Texas. Dallas is easily accessible by air, train, and major interstate highways. Guest rooms and all
conference sessions are at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel which is located approximately 20 minutes from the Dallas Love Field (DAL) airport
and 35 minutes from the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) airport.

Dallas nor the GSA staff will be able to assist in finding or assigning roommates.
Hotel reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the block is full or the reservation deadline (March 5, 2019),
whichever comes first.
All rates are per room, per night and do not include local taxes and fees of 15%. Maximum occupancy per room is four people.
IMPORTANT Room Reservation Cancellation Policy: to receive a credit or refund of the required first night’s room and tax deposit,
cancellation must be made by 6:00 p.m. two days (48 hours) before arrival date. When making your reservation, please notify the hotel of
any special needs regarding accessibility. Every effort will be made to accommodate special needs.
Ground Transportation Go Airport Shuttle operates from the front door of the hotel to both DFW and DAL every thirty minutes or by reservation One-way shuttle
service is around $17 to DFW and $19 to DAL. Daily parking rates at the hotel are $23 for self-parking and $31 for valet. Self-parking
lots are available nearby.
